Currently, not all workers require this card. Only the following workers with these certifications will be required for this card:
Fill out the form above to request a new card. After submission, we will begin creating your worker wallet card and a representative will contact you when its ready for pickup.
The Worker Wallet card will be valid for 10 years from the day it is issued. Once the expiration date arrives, the individual will need a new card to be purchased to keep the card valid.
The certifications linked to the card have their own expiration dates that would need to follow.
No, You will need to send your certificates to us so we can add them to your profile.
You will still need the Site Safety Training(SST) Card with the addition of this card.
