NYC DOB REQUIREMENT: 32-HOUR SUPPORTED SCAFFOLD INSTALLER & REMOVER
As per NYC Local Law 52 of 2005, this course is required for workers installing, removing or modifying supported scaffolds over 40 feet on Construction Sites in New York City. To install or remove a supported scaffold in New York City, an individual must successfully complete this 32 hour training course. Students will be required to complete this 32 hour scaffold training NYC DOB approved training in its entirety and participate in hands-on learning activities as well as the final exam. The final exam will require a score of 70% or higher to receive a 32 hour supported scaffold installer/remover certificate and wallet ID card which will be valid for 4 years.

Audience
Experienced workers who will erect, dismantle modify or repair supported scaffolds over 40 feet, safety managers, construction superintendents and individuals who just want to learn more about supported scaffold safety.
CEU REQUIREMENTS
To earn a certificate of completion and a permanent card, student must do the following:
- 100% attendance for the 32 hour Supported Scaffold class: 32 hours of instruction time
- Completion of Continuing Education and Training Registration Form
- Active participation in all class exercise (determined by instructor)
- Completion of required pre- and post-quiz assessment
- As applicable, achievement of minimum passing (70%) score on required end-of-course examination
- Participation and submittal of end-of-course evaluation form (must provide name on form to ceive credit)
- Make-Up time is not allowed. Students who miss time from any individual session must reschedule and attend the full training course
